Its time to start building your Spring wardrobe. Get rid of those heavy jerseys and coats, and make room for some of the beautiful Spring items this season. We’re talking flowing dresses and bright prints.
Take some inspiration from International fashion designers and discover what colours are key this season.
The Spring 2008 Pantone Fashion report provides all the guidance you’ll ever need to help you build your spring wardrobe.
The Spring 2008 Pantone Fashion palate was showcased in designs at New York Fashion week in September last year and the seasons’ trends have hit us in South Africa now, as we leap into sunshine and blue skies.
The palates include splashes of bright, invigorating colour and designs that are fresh and playful. After all, the sun is out, so there is no reason to say indoors.
“The spring ‘08 color palette perfectly reflects the cheerfulness of the season,” said Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute®.
Stabilizing neutrals combined with pops of brighter colors to create unique, distinctive looks are the basis for a great spring and summer wardrobe.”
