Layers & Cozy Boots

Don’t you just love this weather? Sunny days out in Jozi with a nice chill in the air are my favourite kind! Yes, I’ve fully embraced cozy season and my go-to, casual outfit for every day would look something like this…

Fluffy Beanie – check!
Fingerless Arm Warmers – check!
Puffer Vest – check!
Cozy Boots – check!

While our winters in South Africa are pretty mild, compared to Europe (and trust me, it was even colder in Prague during their spring), we still get those days when the “freeze factor” seems real.

As long as my head, back, hands and feet are warm, then I’m OK.

Which is why I love these fluffy, chocolate Jeep Spirit “Cloud” ankle boots and I’ve had them on repeat this winter.

I love the little fur detail and they are super comfy and go with pretty much everything!

One tip though – I found that these boots do run a size big. I’m usually a size six, and although some of my boots are a size five (because I like them to feel more secure on my foot), the six in these Cloud boots seemed a size too big, so I opted for the 5, and perfect fit!

I can even wear them with cozy socks.

Believe it or not, they are not leather – which is rare for me, since I usually opt for leather boots, but the quality of these is fantastic! They could quite easily pass for the real thing.

I searched online and saw that Zando has them in a light tan which is also beautiful!
