Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream – Targeted Sun Defense Stick

I’ve always been a huge believer in Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream. It’s just one of those cult products that every woman loves and always keeps in her handbag. This summer though, there is a new type of Eight Hour Cream designed specially to keep your skin protected from the sun.

It’s Elizabeth Arden’s new Eight Hour Cream Targeted Defense Stick and it sure beats the hell out of those lumo orange and green sunscreens the cricket players love wearing. I don’t know about you, but a bright orange or lumo  green nose is a no-no, even if you are a hottie like Graeme Smith. I don’t actually watch cricket, so I don’t know if they still do the whole lumo war paint these days, but if they do, these guys should just get themselves one of these handy little sticks and keep the sun at bay.

I know I’ll be keeping one in my beach bag. It’s super small; about the same size of a lip ice tube and probably about double the width if you can picture that?

It’s great to protect areas like the nose, lips, earlobes and even scars you don’t want to get darker. The stick glides on super smooth, and although the original Eight Hour Cream is quite an oily product, this one feels more like a worn down version of lip ice than a balmy product like the original Eight Hour Cream.

It’s packed with an SPF of 50 and has hydrating benefits for up to 8 hours. BONUS!

Take a look…

A view of the packaging, for you label geeks that are obsessed with reading labels 🙂

Great tips to limit sun exposure printed nicely on the back of the pack.
