Last week I got such a fun press pack from the fab folk over at TFG (The Foschini Group) to launch their new range of “designer” gift cards.
I usually don’t like giving gift cards, because I feel they are so “I have no idea what to get you”, and they are quite limited to the store. But these funky cards are so cool, I wouldn’t mind giving or receiving them.
Besides being totes cool the design of each card has been inspired by something South-African and utilizes elements of local language, street culture and graphical images.
There are three gift card designs to choose from; Female (for the girls), Male (For the Guys) and Romance (For Love), each one beautifully illustrated, you won’t even need a card to accompany your gift.
These gift cards are not only pretty, but they can be used at any of the 18 brands that are part of The Foschini Group. These brands include; @home, @homelivingpace, American Swiss, Charles & Keith, Donna-Claire, Duesouth, Exact!, Fabiani, Fashion Express, Foschini, G-star Raw, Hi, Luella, Markham, Mat & May, Sportscene, Sterns and Totalsports.
