My Shopping at SassyChic. What I bought and Store Review

I love online shopping! And, I’m so glad that there is a lovely variety of online shopping outlets in South Africa, where we can get fab clothes without worrying about crazy customs duties!

I’ve mentioned the online boutique SassyChic before on StyleScoop, and today I’ll share my online shopping experience with them!

The fab ladies at SassyChic sent me voucher so that I could shop on their store and tell you guys about the experience.

Being the complicated person that I am, my story is a little longer than you’d expect, but at least it shows you that SassyChic offers great service too :).

I placed my first order and got my package soon after, all pretty wrapped in a purple gift bag. I had placed my order late on a Thursday night and because of the weekend, my goodies arrived on the Monday, which was still pretty good.

When I opened my parcel, I didn’t like the items that I had picked. This happens with online shopping, since you can’t touch and feel the items. But it wasn’t an issue. I contacted the lovely Roxanne at SassyChic and told her that I didn’t like what I had ordered, so she arranged to have their couriers collect the items from me. * Customers can send returns back via the POST OFFICE (econo parcel or speed courier services) or they can have RAM come and collect from them for fee of R100.00.

Last week I tried again. This time I chose two simple shirts and a bracelet which I love. I placed my order on Wednesday morning, and by Thursday afternoon my parcel had arrived! Talk about speedy service!

I chose these two basic Tee’s from LABEL Femme. They are soft and flowy – perfect for my summer holiday next week and they are super light to boot! Also loved the pocket detail.

I got quite a score with the tops as they are currently on sale and marked down from R489 to R245! With that price, I couldn’t resist getting one in each colour!

And, I also bought this beautiful, rose gold, stretch clover bracelet by Ms Match. Isn’t it pretty?

Overall, I am very impressed with SassyChic. They have some great basic pieces and if you’re a working gal that goes into the office or has meetings with clients, you’ll find a lot of smart but stylish clothing on their website, www.sassychic.co.za.

I’m very much a casual dresser, and I did find a lot of the items to be too smart for me. They do however have a few casual pieces too, but I couldn’t find the ones I liked in my size. It’s not a bad thing, considering they don’t have a truckload of the same style – so you’re not likely to bump into someone wearing the same outfit as you!

I think the best option for my next online shopping spree, is to keep checking for new arrivals on their website. That way I can snap them up before someone else does :). SassyChic also have some cute accessories and bags as well as lingerie. So, if you’re looking for new knickers, be sure to check them out. Their prices are really great for branded stuff like Wonderbra, Sloggi and Triumph.

If you’re interested in any of the items I purchased, you can check out the Label Femme Basic Tees here and the Ms Match clover bracelet here.
