Shop of the Week Woolies Gel EyeLiner Pencils

I heard about these pencils from one of the girls in my makeup class and am now totally hooked! I used to swear by MAC Graphblack retractable eyeliner because it was a solid, solid black. But, after mine broke without even being half used, I did’nt want to spend money on buying the same one again. I much prefer a pencil that you can sharpen as apposed to a retractable pencil, but hadn’t found any that offered such an intense black.
